If your miner is not working properly, please follow these instructions and let us know the details of the problem in order to fix it as soon as possible.

A 180-day warranty is provided starting from the shipping date. The faulty miners or parts must be shipped out with the original package within the 180-day period, otherwise the warranty will be void.

The repair process:

1. Locate the fault part and confirm the problem.

2. Prepare the shipment.

3. Send an email to miner_support@innosilicon.shop to tell us the tracking number, the packing list and other info which is needed.

4. Out-of-warranty repair instructions.

1. Locate the fault part and confirm the problem.

a.If you are able to troubleshoot and are certain about the faulty part/unit, you can send us an email and arrange the shipment.

b. If you are not certain about how to locate the faulty part/unit, please contact us via email or skype.

c.If the hash board/PSU is burnt, oxidized or broken or the PIN on it has fallen off, it will be scrapped and cannot be fixed. Please do not return it anymore.

d. If the customer removes/replaces any components especially hashboards without the permission from Innosilicon, for technical reasons the miner/hash board cannot be repaired. All the hash boards in the same miner must have the same serial number.

e. Please only ship whole miners, hash boards, control boards and PSU to our repair centers. Other accessory parts will be discarded during customs clearance.

Instructions for out-of-warranty repair
  1. If you are not sure whether the miner is out of warranty, please contact us to confirm that.
  2. If your machine is out of warranty you can send the parts or machine to Innosilicon for paid repair.
  3. Please contact us first before returning the product for repair.
  4. Please arrange your shipment and make sure that the parts are well packed before being shipped out.
  5. The bill will be sent to you once the machine is repaired.
  6. Once the boards or parts get damaged during transportation, it is unavailable to repair them.
